Centralization and Integration

Courier

All major courier companies within North America can be added to the system through API connections within minutes, allowing for real-time tracking, pricing and monitoring of services.

LTL and Truckload

For carriers that have API, pricing and tracking are done in real-time. For courier companies that do not operate with API, we can easily dispatch on a daily basis and have pricing uploaded into the software as well as routing done in the system.

Internal Drivers

You can optimize your routes, dispatch your fleet and track your drivers all in real-time through GPS. Upon arrival, you can upload pictures and prior to arrival, you can text or email your clients. Another notable feature is that you can see the driver on the map as they approach and arrive at the delivery location.

Load consolidation

By having your carriers and couriers in a unified system, we can choose your linehaul to a designated zone of consolidated shipments and benefit from discounted zone pricing (such as Zone Skipping). Zone Skipping reduces total shipping cost by lowering the shipping cost per package. By consolidating shipments into one full truckload, you can reduce the cost of parcel shipping, speed up delivery times as well as minimize the possibility of delays and potential damage. Determining whether this method is preferable in a particular situation is based on the total cost of the TL/LTL carrier and the costs associated with the local delivery of the packages, in comparison to the cost of shipping all packages from the origin point through a small package carrier.

You can run the entire load bidding process for the onetime shipments inside our TMS and save all the previous shipment data to ensure consistency in your shipping costs.

Centralized pricing

One Address Book

By using our software, you do not need to update several carriers’ systems to adjust a customer’s shipping address. The software shares one centralized address book across all your shipments, regardless of the carrier. It also allows you to share ONE address book for all users.

The “rate table” feature in the software displays all available services from your carriers, along with their prices. You can then sort the table by price or delivery time to find the cheapest or fastest carrier. From here, you will be able to select the best service for the best price, every time you ship.

Setting Alerts

Create customized alerts that are sent directly to the email address of your choice.

Missing / Late

You can identify your late shipments and mark all of these shipments with no tracking information in order to make sure costs are not paid for if the products never shipped.

Pickup / Drop-off

Schedule and monitor pickups with all your carriers, request a pickup from any address, view availability and book your pickup. You can even find drop-off locations and get directions if you prefer to drop-off the odd shipments.

Real-Time Visibility

Find and Track

Track every shipment with a single click! The status of all shipments is updated in real-time. For delivered shipments, you can see the date and time of the delivery, the name of the receiving party, and with some carriers you can see the signature on file. By turning on the automatic email notifications, proof of delivery will be sent to customers upon the shipment’s arrival.

Live Dashboards and Reports

Use our built-in live graphs and charts to create your customized dashboard, to track the business KPIs in real-time, and to use built-in reports or to customize your own reports. You can also set daily automated reports and generate reports in multiple formats (pdf, xls, txt, csv, etc.). Our software allows you to sort and filter shipping lists and reports by carrier, service and delivery status. You can clearly see how each service is performing and know exactly how much you are paying for service failures.
